How long does the audit take?
Two weeks from kickoff to roadmap. The bulk of that is interviews and process mapping; your team's time commitment is typically a few hours per person.
Do we have to build the automation with IgniteX?
No. The roadmap is yours regardless. Many clients implement the first phase with us and take later phases in-house — that is a good outcome.
What if AI turns out not to be the answer?
Then the audit says so. Some bottlenecks are fixed by changing a process or connecting two systems, with no model involved. We would rather tell you that than sell you automation you do not need.
Will this replace people on our team?
